Buyer has unrealistic expectations. Unit was handed over to him and he used it for 12 days before it became faulty. He simply took the risk to buy a 2nd hand unit and it didn’t work out. Full refund was still provided in good will without questions asked about operating conditions under his care. Future sellers do take note. A classic example of someone paying for Honda and expects a Mercedes.
