AND THE CANDLES ARE WRAPPED NICELY USED THE THICKEST BUBBLES USUALLY USED FOR BATH CREAM SELL ONLINE MIGHT BE IT BROKE DURING THE COURIER PROCESS AND MAKE THE CANDLE BROKEN AS WELL. ALREADY SETTLED IN CONVERSATION BUT STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH ME AND GIVE BAD RATING LIKE I IGNORE YOUR COMPLAINT COME ON, IF REALLY NOT SATISFIED, PLS GIVE THE MONEY BACK OKEY..I DONT HAVE TO BEAR ALL THIS
3 年前（已編輯）Yeah right, I should be grateful for receiving damaged items then? That is not a defect, it's completely shattered, the glass pieces are everywhere when the packaging is opened, my mum is nearly injured. U as a grown up adult doesnt know how dangerous is it when comes to kaca? Candles cannot be used AT All if broken. Fyi I bought candles from other sellers and all received safely, they as sellers make sure glasswares are wrapped as the way they should, not like u who has no common sense at all.
1st, the broken items is not made by me since i wrapped it veryyyy thick. 2nd, already pay back your broken items asap you informed me, even its courier fault you are such a loser buyer seek for attention and give bad reviews, and cannot take risk for buy online. you are not suit to this platform
U as a seller, chose not to put on the fragile label for glassware, u still think u very smart. The candles are broken due to poor packaging, courier only in charge of delivery and u try to push responsibility to them. U had the audacity to said u wrap "thickly", it was fking thin, when I asked whether u have put fragile label u kept avoiding my question, after that provided 50% refund only and apologized to me some more. The 1-star rating is for ur ignorance coz u have no common sense at all.
