Irresponsible seller, not willing to admit mistake, kept saying she wrapped nicely but in fact just a thin layer of packaging w/o fragile label. Even though u provide half refund I still have right to leave review to share my experience. I did not demand full refund although u spoilt the whole deal for not fullfing ur responsibility as a seller. Now u blaming me for giving u 1-star rating

Seller is nice enough to waive the delivery fee, but candle came broken without the "fragile" sticker, heartbroken coz cnt use it anymore, waste of money

Not willing to give full refund even though the candles are broken due to poor packaging. No fragile label for glassware, thin layer of wrapping for candles to "travel" across wm, this seller has no common sense at all, when confronted to her she apologized and admitted mistake, after that started to talk nonsense and not willing to admit it. Buyers deal at your own risk.

i used the bubble used to wrap bath cream. 2items received, only 1broken during courier handling. Thats mean i wrapped it properly without any doubt btw, I REFUNDED the broken item ok I did apologize but you raise the issue here even you accept the refund You are the one problematic here

I didnt purchase anything since I haven't used this app often. I replied 8 days later and got a one star review from her. I guess this app is not suitable for any enquiry. You have to straightway buy once you offer. Very unfortunate. Glad I didn't proceed as well. If you are not serious, don't offer.
