👎🏻Menstrual cup was advertised new but the circle seal on the top was taken out. There’s serial sticker below but you can still open the box from the top portion (visible gap). Also didn't show up on 1st meet up (i waited for 30mins),said she will send the item via post for free.I insisted to meet again to her convenient location since i paid already.Good because i was able to check item immediately!

You need help. Why would you lie to carousel about purchasing a product you never did, and going so far to say that you had been trying to contact me for a refund which was an absolute outright lie?

Pretty unhappy with the whole experience. Sent many pictures, went far out of my way to meet her at her MRT station and then she decided not to purchase while I was doing the handover. Rather disappointed.

Please be honest in your listings. You don't market a used item as new and be dishonest it. The reason I had to say no was because, 1) the jewellery box of your item was from years ago not a year ago as you claimed, and 2) the necklace was not in intact with the sponge all Risis products come with. I was skeptical from the start when I noticed you had two of the same listings - one listed as used, one as new.
