She had contacted carousel lying that she had purchased an item from me and that she was trying to contact me about a refund to no avail. An absolute lie. She had behaved in very unbecoming ways, both in her messages which I ignored, and also to my elderly mother who helped meet her because she insisted on meeting on less than a day's notice after she had asked for postage. I offered to call off the transaction since she couldn't wait for postage, but she insisted she wanted the item the same day. My item was sealed with a serial sticker, and she made rude accusations, and even pried open the top of the box to take pictures! After which she contacted me demanding my mom return to collect back the item. She was extremely rude to my mom, leaving the item on the floor for my mom to pick up. When my mom did, she rudely told my mom "WAIT!". Refund was processed from the postage she had intended/opted for there and then (which she acknowledged as having received, or my mom wouldn't have been able to pick up the item from the floor).She then goes on to contact carousel lying about an item she purchased to which she was contacting me about a refund (carousel wrote to me saying exactly that, but I explicitly clarified with carousel there was no transaction). A word of advice: learn to treat people, especially the elderly with respect, and also, please have some morals - do not be deceptive/lie.
