Have explained to buyer that housekeeping made a mistake by forgetting to clean but he was rude with his words and threatening. In the end he spent some time in room and also took a refund.
No refund was given. Childish seller. We booked a room for a night. But was given a room that was booked for 2 nights and there was another occupant in the room. Asked for refund nicely, seller refused. Seller likes to twist his or her words. Housekeeping couldn't help with this situation because the room was sold halfway through the previous occupant's stay. Room was littered with beer bottles and smoke. Integrity wise, her acc is a new acc fraudulent behaviour. Another couple was alsoaffected
