No refund was given. We booked a room for a night. But was given a room that was booked for 2 nights. there was another occupant in the room. Asked for refund nicely, seller refused. Seller likes to twist his or her words. Housekeeping couldn't help with this situation because the room was sold halfway through the previous occupant's stay. Room was full of beer bottles and smoke. Promised a check in at 1+pm, but room was only cleaned at 6pm. seller can't understand English. Deal at own risk
