The worst Carousell experience. Seller's clothes had a very strong, unpleasant, and unremoveable smell. Although I carefully inspected the clothes and the clothes appeared to be in good condition, I didn't notice the strong repugnant smell. The smell couldn't be removed even after washing the clothes in the washing machine with hot water. I asked her for a refund and she refused, stating it's her policy and suggesting to sell the odorous clothes to others. I will not deal with this seller again.

It was stated no refunds & all my products are prewashed, kept in an airtight container & examined before selling. You even checked the products one by one during purchase & ive never had a complaint about smell so i cant verify this nor does it seem valid seeing that you did not notice the "repugnant" smell upon inspecting the clothes. I find it quite hard to believe. Im sorry but its policy.
