Unreasonable. After inspecting each item complained about a smell (that wont come off even after wash??) wanted refund while knowing that there was a no refund policy in place.
The worst Carousell experience. Seller's clothes had a very strong, unpleasant, and unremoveable smell. Although I carefully inspected the clothes and the clothes appeared to be in good condition, I didn't notice the strong repugnant smell. The smell couldn't be removed even after washing the clothes in the washing machine with hot water. I asked her for a refund and she refused, stating it's her policy and suggesting to sell the odorous clothes to others. I will not deal with this seller again.
She was really nice and friendly and waited for me eventho i was late. Thank you :)
