Interesting woman that doesn't understand English Told her what's available, what isn't. Yet she sent movers without my consent. Took Time to confirm what she was looking for, and showed her pictures and confirmed to her on a call before I sent it with her movers who were shouting at me. Completely unappreciative and uncooperative. Furthermore, she goes to insult my character and wants to call me names just because she doesn’t like the quality of the chairs she chose herself
Horrible experience. I agreed to buy grey leather chair listed as to be cleared by 14th Aug. but after I sent the movers , they were told it was unavailable until next week. I was offered a replacement and felt pressured due to movers onsite and costs. The substitute chair was dirty, smelly, and unstable. Original agreement not honoured. Frustrating experience; would not recommend. I decided to return those chairs to the seller and had to bear the cost of movers.

Patient and understanding buyer. Will definitely deal again.
