Very disappointing transaction. I agreed to buy grey leather chair, but movers were told it was unavailable until next week. I was offered a replacement and felt pressured due to movers onsite and costs. The substitute chair was dirty, smelly, and unstable. Original agreement not honoured. Frustrating experience; would not recommend.

Very difficult buyer who doesn’t seem to understand English or basic human decency. As per our text conversation, I informed you before any movers were arranged what chairs were available and what wasn’t You sent movers without my consent or approval , without any payment yet I supported you. I sent you photos of the chairs to choose and you chose them. I confirmed on call with you and gave you 50% discount. Yet you resolve to calling me names and insulting my character. Regret selling
