**Buyer's only negative review in 8 years** Seller did not mention that the product have scratches marking, its unfair and unpleasant for any buyer to go thru this. Buyer propose return and refund, seller rejected.

*Unreliable seller, avoid at cost* Seller did not mention that the product have scratches marking, Its unfair and unpleasant for anyone to go thru this If seller only notice that scratches marks after buyer notify. Wouldn't it be fairest for buyer to propose return and refund. But the seller rejected and still gives negative remarks to buyer. Why should any buyer receive defect products?

went out of my way to meet. even gifted a reusable sb tumbler w the deal since he travelled down. closed deal & had rushed off right after. buyer raised issues on condition after deal closed. explained that i did not notice them as it has been sitting in the cabinet for q sometime. offered a refund of 1/3 sale price but buyer refused to negotiate & insisted on me returning for him. the least he could do was leave a 3-star review for the effort required on both ends... sigh what a carouhell 🙃
