I would say he is a very good and thorough as he could tune piano that is about 20+ old, lots of stuck keys and pedal not functioning too well. He is skilled technicians with music backgrounds, knowing just what needs attention . He takes the time to explain any issues and listen to any concerns. He is very professional and he will not suggest repairs if they are not needed. Recommended!
