Sorry that the item did not fit my ride. n None the less, a great seller.

The item is not as described. Does not fit the car at all. Did not ask to test cos trusted the seller on the fitment for year 2019. I drove 3 different generation of XC60. So I trusted his words. But lo and behold, the carpet only fit the first 2 generation of XC60. I trusted the seller words, and travel all the way down to only found out that it does not fit.

Listing only stated mat was from XC60 2019, never guaranteed fit for all YOM. I upgraded the mat given by dealer, not “bought the wrong mat” as you assumed. You never informed me you wanted to test and return since the meetup was agreed as a straight transaction. I even reserved and adjusted timing for you. Please learn to communicate upfront instead of assuming.
