Gave the buyer the convenient to pick up the item at convenience and PAYNOW me to transact. But instead the buyer came to “test it out” and then “return it back to me” cause it doesn’t fit the car. No prior communication that buyer wants to do this before buying. Next time, have the decency to at least tell the seller u want to try first. Time waster.

To clarify: listing only stated mat was from 2019 XC60, never guaranteed fit across all generations. U assumed compatibility without verifying despite claiming experience with multiple XC60 models. No prior agreement to test/return since it was meant to be a straightforward deal. Item was upgraded from my car, not a “wrong purchase”. Pls learn to communicate properly instead of making assumptions.

Item is not as described. Does not fit my ride. I drove altogether 3 different generation of XC60. I took your words for it being able to fit 2019. But it's meant for the previous P3 chasis. I saw your ride below and assume you yourself got the wrong carpet. I trusted your words and travelled all the way from the wast to your location and found out your item description is not accurate. Wasted my time and petrol. You still dare to leave me a bad review despite I giving you a good review. Tsktsk.
