very bad buyer. when i delivered the item it was fine and the cups were not broken. however 7-9 days after she received the cups suddenly told me thr was a defect in the cup. if she had told me 1 day after i wld have accepted but a week after??!! i dont wnt to be suspicious but a week after is rly too long and it cld have been broken after she received it. very irresponsible buyer 😠 when i took a picture of the cups there were no defects i dont know how suddenly when it reached her got defect!

My brother collected the items from your daughter. Based on trust, he didn't check the items. I only get it after 7-9 days. Immediately I saw the broken part & NO any broken pieces found. Also, you never take individual picture of the mugs when you posted to sell. Once the mug is covered with top, can't see the broken piece in the bottom. How can u explain other 2 problems: 1) dirty black thing on the face of the mug which can't remove. 2) 2 dented parts on a mug. Impossible is caused by me.
