Bought total 13 pieces of 7-11 mugs.Some are in bad condition.Either dirty & can't remove stain or broken in 1 part or dented. Seller knows there is defect in some items but never indicate in the selling post.This is dishonest. Even denied 1 item is broken originally.No way the item is broken after I received as no broken piece found.I bought many times from Carousell & first time encounter this situation.Lesson learnt:never,ever trust any seller.Must open to check on the spot during collection.
