Totally irresponsible seller. Item has defects but ignore my request for amicable settlement with a discount refund. Now into 3rd day totally no response . I have raise a case with carousel and now have to bring the item all the way to Sembawang to Airbot Service Center!! This is just not right. Just at airbot Center and they confirmed the fan is rusty because of bad maintenance costs $70 To repair

Item was working entirely fine when it was tested before bringing to buyer. Buyer brings it back, no idea what he did to the item and complains that it's faulty after. How could we do a refund when it was faulty after he brought it back a few days.
