Sent my out of warranty PS5 Slim for diagnosis and repair as it auto shut down with an error message saying the set is too hot. Sent it in the evening of Fri and was able to get it back the next day evening. Fast and super service and apparently my issue was due to dried up thermal paste which resulted in poor heat dissipation.
