Disappointing transaction. Item was genuinely lightly used (worn only ~5 days), sold at ~25% of original price, and proof of purchase was provided. Buyer still disputed the description over minor fraying. I refunded the full $30 and let her keep the item without return. Future sellers may want to document condition carefully.
She ended our convo on a good note wishing me well for my delivery, yet left me a bad review.. very strange behaviour, but this can be a warning for future buyers. Definitely not just minor fraying or in the “like new” condition she described. Not sure why she keeps referring to proof of purchase when it doesn’t prove the “5 days” she used it. Bought another secondhand binder both purchased in dec’25 and comparison is on her page. Unfortunate to have dealt with her, but at least she refunded.
Amazing chat

Great buyer to deal with! Came down to meet at my convenience, even though I know it was really out of the way for her!
