Seller claimed binder was “like new, used only 5 days” (see chat), but a lot was frayed upon arrival, even where Velcro doesn’t meet. Brought it up and she immd refunded, I offered to return but she refused. I bought another binder(both dec’25); see photos for comparison. Thought we resolved but she left a bad review, how disappointing. Her binder and socks listed for free for anyone interested.

to anyone who read this please check my listing as it is mentioned that it is lightly used. as any other fabric item with velcro, fray is expected if you used for 5 days. provided the proof of purchase from hospital yet she can't accept. I refuse return as no point for wasting another postage fee for the item that I don't use anymore. that is fine, I don't have time and energy to deal with unreasonable person anymore :)
