The buyer purchased a second-hand oven with full disclosure of its condition and the need for servicing. Despite agreeing to the terms, they later requested a refund after several days of use. I offered to partially cover repairs with proof of invoice, but communication has been challenging, and the resolution remains unclear. Sellers should proceed with clear agreements to avoid misunderstanding.

“Multiple using”is only based on your assuming and you were finding excuses using carousel return policy, dont you know if i were to deal thru carousel pay, i have got my buyer protection and money back instead of wasting time dealing with lousy person like you? Selling defect oven at 1k with misleading info,what more you want? Best of all, go thru carousel pay and get the buyer protection when buying expensive item, any dispute, let the carousel interfere and judge, thats the best fair stand.
