Paid 1k for used oven and it arrived with a defect. Fickle minded this seller 3 TIMES has agreed to a return refund but then changed his mind! Breville said the repair cost rm250, at last seller willing to pay up to RM100 only and with receipt, who knows you turn away again? Now this oven cost me 1k +250 repair cost while brand new 1900rm, feel me? false claim selling, totally no sense guilt!

“Multiple using” is only based on your assuming, oven rusty is the fact, upper element not working is the fact, your irresponsible attitude to tackle the problem is the fact despite the product being faulty from the start. No shamless of you still arguing your stand. What goes around comes around, one day you will have it from other, 2 Duta Villa 1 Setia Alam, far worse than any seller from flat!

To clarify, the oven was sold as a 2nd hand item with full disclosure of its condition and the need for servicing, reflected in the price. After 5 days and multiple uses, i was informed about the light not working. Initially, i offered to pay for repairs, but wife rejected this and insisted full refund. Later husband asked me to cover the repair, but since earlier offer was declined, I had withdrawn it. Despite this, I offer partial payment as a goodwill gesture, pending invoice for transparency
