I am totally disappointed with my transaction. Still waiting for my refund as seller claimed that stockist sent wrong order. I did not hear from seller since I made payment on 11/7/17. No news until I sent seller messages to enquire abt my preorder on 18/8/17. More than 1mth. No follow up at all. Now its oredi 2months. Still no refund. I know its only $18.70 for 2 shawls. But its still a transaction. And if you do not fulfill your promise, then I demand a refund soon. Thank you very much.

You could have prompt me again that the outsource courier failed to deliver the payment up till today yet again. You have my direct number and im always reachable. But doing this wont make things better. Im sorry. Sorry for the negative feedback i left you but i never let things be unattended when im well informed. Reviews dont lie. Which you can see i always update the customer as and when.
