My first time giving a negative feedback. Item was damaged by an outsource courier and they promised to refund to her. After the last convo, courier promised to get back to customer and refund the money direct to her account personally and to update her personally. As i was given no updates and she didnt text me anything,my fault that i didnt follow up but she could at least tell me that she didnt get anything from them at all,which she choose not to help on this part and leave neg feedback
