Purchased a “Like New” baby chair that turned out faulty and unsafe (loose,missing bolts). Seller later changed listing to “Well Used” after our feedback. He offered a refund but was rude, made us return it while managing a baby, then insulted us with condescending remarks that we are not rich & cannot buy new one. Unpleasant, unprofessional experience. Be cautions when dealing with this seller.

Refunding an unsafe baby product is basic decency. Dont act like a good person. Lying about the quality of your product and belittling the spirit of Carousell of sustainability. Insulting us saying we cant buy a new one. bringing my kid into this - shows your terrible character. I didn’t want to leave a comment, until you started it. Show some class and stop negativity and stop lying

You have buyer regret fine, I agreed immediately to a full refund in good faith with no questions asked. You have one kid I've two - i have no obligation to come collect, you want a refund you send it back. Your husband was so agitated, I see no chance in reasoning, no merit in wasting further time and asked him to leave. He threw the chair for me to see and left it in pieces, I fixed it and blessed it to another couple. All the best and I hope for your child to grow up to be a better person.
