Poor mannered couple who gave excessive grief during the process. Wife was unsatisfied with quality on hindsight and I provided a full refund with no questions asked. Husband was unhappy having to return the chair so sent it back in pieces and threw a fit. Not fit for resale so I reassembled and blessed it to another mother in need. First class carou-heller, so deal at your own risk.

Refunding an unsafe baby product is basic decency. Lying about the quality of your product and belittling the spirit of Carousell, and then insulting us by saying we can’t buy a new one. Now bring my kid into this - shows your poor character. I didn’t want to leave a review until you started it, and so i’m here in my family’s defence. Show some class, stop lying and being a bully.
