I should have read the other reviews before allowing this buyer to delay her purchase after sending in an offer. Kept giving excuses and eventually, just MIA. Such a waste of my time dealing with this buyer, and waiting around at home for her. Deal at your own risk. Very very irresponsible person who will very likely inconvenience you and non apologetic at all.
