Shoes were listed as brand new - but no mention of the interior of the shoes, shoe bag, & part of the laces having yellow spots & musty smell due to storage. I only found out after receiving it. Decided to keep it as I really wanted it. Sharing this review as a reminder to always double check with seller on the condition before purchasing. Brand new may not always mean brand new condition.

This is Carousell, not a retail store 😊 Please manage expectations when buying here. “Brand new, unworn” means it hasn’t been used, but it may have been kept in storage. You asked for a discount, which I agreed to. When you weren’t happy, I offered a return and full refund, but you chose to keep the item and asked for a rebate, which I also agreed to with $5 refunded. So after all that, this rating is unfair. If you want store-perfect condition, the store is always an option
