did not receive the item after 2 attempts claimed by seller to have mailed it. also, carousell appears to auto state that "item delivered" without any confirmation or input from buyer.

Showing photos of parcel next to the opening of the mailbox is not full proof that the parcel is dropped into the mailbox after the photo was taken. While I accept the non delivery risk of untracked parcel, I have to say this is the first time I've experienced it amongst the many deals I've done. I maintain I still have not received the paid item despite seller's claims of having mailed it, twice.

Sorry to hear you did not receive your item, however I did send across photos each time I mailed them so they are not ‘claims’. In addition, as a buyer you opted for standard delivery i.e untracked mail meaning you accepted the risk of an undelivered mail, if any.
