Great communication

This is my 2nd time for engaging in the service and I was attended by Mr Lee and his team.. They were very punctual even though booking made at the very last minute. Great workmanship by far and they were not very pushy on the services. I would be engaging them again i near future should the aircon works well for the coming year. Thank you Mr Lee & team!!

Called up j_cool as room air con is not cold despite recent servicing. Team arrived promptly the next day at agreed time, diagnosed the issue and recommended a chemical wash while explaining the issue with transparency. Whole cleaning job done within an hour and service area was cleaned up after the job. Overall experience felt professional. Will look to engage them for servicing again.

Very good experience with J-Cool Air Conditioning! 👍 Prompt response even though I enquired late in the afternoon, they arrange servicing early the next morning. Alan was knowledgeable & professional. He worked hard to fix the fan coil leaking & icing issue. After servicing, air con back in good working condition. Reasonable price as advertised on Carousell. Good job and highly recommended 👍

I had a great experience with their aircon service. They were able to attend to my request on short notice and delivered top-notch work, whether it was the chemical wash or gas top-up. What impressed me most was their professionalism—they ensured the work area stayed completely dry and didn't leave any dirt or water spread around the house. Worth every penny

Great guy. Not pushy & give sound advice on how to deal with my unique issue. I followed his advice and have to wait & see if the gas leak is severe or minor. If very minor can service do chemical wash after 2-3 months from today

Very good servicing

Seller was very responsive to enquiries and getting a booking is quick. 3 x Aircon technicians were punctual on the date of appointment. They were very polite and respectful. They inspected the aircons, explained what needs to be carried out and the price. They were thorough but quick in the servicing. A good clean up was carried out at end of the servicing. Thank you.

Very impress with their service! I requested for an appointment on a Sunday evening for a Monday’s morning slot, and boss immediately called me to make arrangement and find out what’s wrong with the aircon. They came promptly the next morning, and did a great job thoroughly cleaning up the aircons, compressor, pipes. Everything was done so well and professionally. Highly recommended!
