Such a wonderful seller, easy to deal with, and very accommodating - she came all the way to pass me the item after her work. Very friendly, and I highly recommend her to all at Carousell.

Dear buyer, thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the issue with the chalcedony stone coming loose. You're right, it can be a pity when a beautiful item is damaged. To fix this, you can try using jewelry glue to secure the stone back in place. When handling jewelry, it's essential to be gentle to avoid any damage. That why I take great care in packaging and inspecting the items before shipping to ensure they arrive in good condition. Appreciate your understanding.
