Unrealistic expectation from buyer who left me bad review cos i cancelled the deal as I m unwilling to post 140 golf balls which weighed past 6.5kg hence exceeded the limit by carousell for drop off and the only option was to wait for pick up. This is only a side hustle for me and with a dementia mum I am unwilling to spare the time and energy to proceed with the deal hence I cancelled it .

After my above review today , i rec msg from buyer: Message 1: See that we both left each other once star. Honestly, you did deserve yours for breaking the deal. Then, another msg from buyer: Message 2: I see your balls are still not sold. Want to revise the reviews and give the deal another shot? My reply: Sorry no thanks.

The limit on carousell as mentioned to the seller is 30kg. The seller was unwilling to make any efforts to simply pack the item and place parcels for the courier to collect. Despite having agreed on text to shipping using carousell service. I did nothing wrong in this deal, this is just a retaliatory 1-star.

I got by this seller. Bought a pot from me and asked me to pack the pot. Pot arrived broken and this guy come back to blame me and asked for refund. Worse still, reported my account to Carousell and my account got restricted. Do not deal with this kind of ppl. He will drain your time and energy.

Incorrect. I’m the buyer, not the seller. I provided clear packing guidelines and flagged the packaging as insufficient before shipping. The pot arrived shattered due to poor packing, which is evident from the photos shared Calling this a “scam” is a clear lie! I didn’t receive a usable item and wasted significant time dealing with the seller, Carousell, and the courier due to the negligence of the seller. Even after Carousell’s intervention, the seller refused to provide a fair compensation.
