deducted two stars because: firstly listing was stated like new but item arrived rather dusty. secondly listing also stated same day delivery but seller was unable to provide as such. However next day delivery was provided.

Prior to delivery, toy was wiped to ensure cleanliness. Buyer made payment on a Saturday 5pm, and expected a same day delivery, if not she requested to be refunded. Even though same day delivery was stated, it could be fulfilled if deal is confirmed in morning and not at 5pm. I only chg delivery at $4.50, even lower than Qexpess next day delivery. And even personally delivered the very next day despite being a Sunday, all the way from Telok Blangah to Sengkang yet buyer still wasn’t happy 🤷🏻‍♀️
