The seller sold me the wrong item and is now refusing to accept a return. His product was Rayban Stories, but it was mistakenly advertised as Rayban Meta, with incorrect title, description, and link. Mistakes happen, but his refusal to rectify the situation reflects poorly on him. He blamed me for using Grab Express, attached are the listing screenshots and chat admission.

Thank you for your review but I would like to address the situation. 1) Photos were sent via chat with all the info (Model name, model number, product details) 2) You did not clarify anything specifically on model no. and listing had no mention of Gen no. 3) You did not opt for meet up to check item but chose Grab Express at your own risk 4) WA chat was redacted unfairly & you had harassed me with texts and calls 5) Changing of mind after transaction cannot be sellers fault despite pics & info
