Buyer agreed to meetup today at 1pm but cancelled 2hrs before meetup although I had alrdy cancelled other plans and offered to travel all the way to his convenience. This is the first time I experience such a buyer. Buyer says he dosent care and avoids taking responsibility. I have nothing against him but do keep caution.
