The item was washed prior storage in our bomb shelter. Unfortunately, a little yellow stain developed on the mat that we did not see. During the exchange nothing was noted from you. A few hours later we received a picture from you and a complaint. We sincerely apologised multiple times for this oversight and even messaged you several times to check if you managed to remove the stain. However, even despite our efforts you stopped communicating and decide to leave us with a bad review. Thanks!
