Payment on 30 Dec, agreed to collect (buyer’s decision) on 1 Jan (3-4pm). 1 Jan - can’t collect and wanted to arrange within the week. On 4 Jan - can’t collect because of issues with VEP and can’t enter SG. Wanted to cancel then (after giving full address). 5 Jan - warded waiting for delivery but been texting and pestering for immediate refund. Buyer is not SG and transaction may be difficult on sellers end. Refund made. Alert to all - only disclose full address with confidence.
