sad to leave this negative review. paid for large pots and arranged collection within 24h - sadly couldn't collect as pots were too heavy, approx 100kg each. tried for 2h to carry and also called lalamovers - seller not involved here so her time not wasted. explained the situation but she refused to refund full amt, only refunded $10. she profited $25 doing nothing + will earn from next buyer

Hi, just to clarify, I gave a partial refund purely out of goodwill, even though I wasn’t obligated to do so. Ive provided you with d dimensions & clearly mentioned that the item is very heavy. It was your responsibility to arrange for delivery and not pin this on me. Another buyer managed to arrange delivery smoothly. If u cld recl, U also took 2 other pots at a discounted price on account that you were buying the larger pots. Hence requesting for a full refund is not fair.
