Playing trick and not sincere buyer - Buyer specifically asked for a brand new piece. After one hour of collection, they complaint that it could not charge at all and it's spoilt. I claimed that it's charging well before I pass to them but as a gesture of goodwill, I agreed to a $8 refund. They only mentioned it could charged when i passed her the $. When collected back the item and charged, it charged perfectly fine. This leaves me with questions that did they swap my item or have they used it?

Im sorry for your misunderstanding. I will not have wasted both our time if your product had worked for me. It really could not charge when I received it. Before I met you, I put it on a high power charger for a while before the item could power on, even then, charging was erratic and could not charge to full. I would not have travelled down to swap out a fully functional (according to you) and new item with you for an $8 refund.
