Made offer for 15 items and all lower than what was originally priced. We honoured her the discount. Then she suggested Grab Delivery. So we packed up the clothes and checked for Grab delivery several times to get good rates. When it was time to pay, she went silent (even though she was seen online several times). She did not even have a courtesy to reply!! Such a complete waste of time.
