Fast and hassle free transaction

I bought an apple mouse from him. The seller was a really nice and genuine person and i enjoy dealing with him. However, the product's condition wasn't as described. On the 1st usage of the mouse, I found that it would disconnect every ~15 minutes and would take 2 minutes to reconnect. This caused a lot of disruption to my work. I hope he provides a refund as the condition wasn't as promised.
