While I acknowledged that I would be late due to unforeseen circumstances at work and apologised for the inconvenience, the buyer declined to accept the explanation. I had offered the option to complete the deal on another day, but she chose to continue waiting despite the risk and expressed dissatisfaction when the timing had to be pushed back two to three times in total.

This buyer cancelled their order after making a bid, which was accepted, and letting severals days pass. Such buyers think that a bid is their option to purchase, but that's wrong. An accepted bid is a purchase order. This buyer has abused the trust granted by me allowing her time to arrange delivery, without taking a deposit.

Of course I had to back out since I found a new piece which was bigger in size for the same price. No one in their right mind wld proceed in such a situation. I had kindly informed you and showed evidence with photo from the shop and apologized for not proceeding. I believe I did not abuse anything here.

is a very solid bed in very good condition. spacious drawers too. took us 2hours to dismantle and 1hr to assemble.
