well, as shared by other sellers, and the actions of this buyer, please DO NOT trust him. No response after acceptance of offer. What a waste of time.

Insincere buyer. Said can meet between 3-4pm. I said meet 3pm, he said 4pm better. I pushed back my appointment with friend just to accommodate to buyer's timing. Told him not to be late as I need to rush off. Then at about 4pm, texted him to tell him I'm making my way to the mrt station. He then replied to say MAYBE he can meet at 4:15pm. Wasting people's time. Deal with him at ur own risk.

After a few attempts to meet up, it seems that buyer can only meet up at his convenience as he is based out of Singapore. We tried but the deal didn't go through. Sorry buddy!
