Its been six days since he offered & duly accepted. Payment yet to be made. 2 days after the offer was made & accepted he told he’ll try to pay as he’s working. On the 6th day, it can be seen that he was online & no effort was made to inform about/ making payment. Carousell should ban user like this. He even asked whether I have IG and hp no.
