item (portable charger) was stated 'good condition' with a high capacity of 20000 mAH but seller did not inform that the item could not be charged past 2 out of 4 bars. item was heavy as well. would not have purchased it if seller had given more information to the buyer instead of having just the aim of selling it off. hope you become a better seller with respect to that, thanks.

Sorry I didn’t know that the portable charger became like this because I didn’t use it for a month before selling. I could only say that the portable charger’s performance deteriorated perhaps due to external factors. I always inform my buyers all the conditions beforehand but this time round it’s my fault for not checking it by charging it beforehand. Seek for your understanding on this. Perhaps you can tell me after using it and I could have given you a refund in time.

Seller was pleasant and kind to my mother. She liaised with my mom and advise my mom on how to meet her. She is patient and kind. She called my mother whether she took the right train and reminded her to change the train lines. Nice dealing with her! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
