I found out that item is a counterfeit after comparing to real one in shop. Seller admitted but went unresponsive after “agreed” to a refund. Very disappointing and will report to police tomorrow. Seller might have multiple accounts on carousell. I posted the whatsapp number below in case if you get scammed.

Product was dealt and checked on the spot before making payment as well as the warranty card. I did not admit that this is a counterfeit product don’t put words in my mouth. But since you have threatened to make a police report then go ahead. I don’t see a reason to do a goodwill refund after threatening and leaving a bad review because I refuse to accommodate to your timing and location because I have smth on. There’s a reason why I refunded the other buyer out of goodwill but not for you.

2 days after buying the item, I found out that the carrier is not authentic. I’m unsure if the seller didn’t know it or was duped herself but it’s 100% not authentic. I’m a heavy user for baby carriers so safety is important to me. However, seller was prompt in arranging for a refund.

Deal did not go through as could not come to an agreement on where to meet even though it is one of the listed location.

Seller got defensive when asked about label on product / box. Kept changing location to meet even though we had agreed to meet at one of the listed location, and even asked more more Jane I insisted to meet at the agreed location. I was overall unhappy that he insinuated that I was insincere buyer when he was the insincere seller.

Buyer was asking a lot of questions even though picture was shown in listing and bnib, even send picture of the box afterwards. Asked for a discount and deal didn’t go through after that as he’s just a troll ask for fun. Buyer still left a follow up review after being sour because he was a cheapo and deal didn’t go through 😂
