Prompt reply, met on time. But item description was inaccurate. Item was not in a "like new" condition. There were two additional punched holes at the smaller length of the belt. There were tear signs, around the two holes at the longer length. Contacted seller, no apology. It's an unpleasant experience overall.

We met up, you checked, you said that everything was fine, 1 week after using it, you claim it’s damaged, and not as described, when “like new”/“well used” is very subjective, and that is why I gave you the chance to check it in person, even during covid situations. You took 1 week to get back to me and told me that it wasn’t as described. I asked you “why it took you 1 week to get back, the reason you gave was because you were afraid it would affect you emotionally at work.
