The description stated lightly used bag but the bag was in old condition. She also did not show the back of the bag where plastic was worn. She also said she would give me two bags to choose but only one. I made the trip all the way to her house for her helper to conveniently go downstairs, but it was a waste of time as item was not as described. Be careful of this seller.

Inaccurate accusation. You did not request for picking out of the two bags during the trade at our conversation, and I did not promise to let you choose. All conversation are captured and you are kindly requested not to delete your account so that I could report to Carousell. Both school bags are sold and no adverse comment was received. Due to this unfortunate experience, I send video to potential buyers before we actually trade, which saved me time. Thanks to you. Wish you good health.
