i dont think there was damage directly to the good but only to the box itself, i also paid extra and requested for bubble wrap as i am an individual seller therefore i do not have the resources to pack like a casual seller. over all good buyer naman, just be more considerate i guess

im considerate na i didn't asked for any refunds damaged na box and card inside, and may gasgas na yung figure. as a fellow seller, its your responsibility to double check the packaging,to avoid problems like these. i understand that you are sorry but you should learn to accept criticism to improve next time 😅
